Sinclair Law Office

Before becoming an attorney, Beau worked for IBM as a marketing analyst, manager, and eventually, executive. It was in these positions Beau first discovered and developed a skill for analysis, mediation and negotiation that has proven very useful in his work in private practice.

Beau received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and went on to acquire his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2000, Beau earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, graduating first in his class and demonstrating the work ethic that would come to define the Sinclair Law Office.

Beau is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Smith County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas Family Section, and the Family Law Section of the Smith County Bar Association. Beau has been the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Smith County Bar Association. Read less...

Carolyn became an attorney in the spring of 1994 after graduating from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She began working for Provost-Humphrey, LLP, in Beaumont and Port Arthur. After her husband accepted a position coaching football at Robert E. Lee High School, the Law family moved to Tyler, where Carolyn worked for the Smith County District Attorney. Her key responsibilities during this time were acquiring Family Protective Orders for victims of family violence and representing Child Protective Services. Due to her spirited work in this area, Carolyn received the East Texas Crisis Center Hope Award in 1999 and 2001.

Carolyn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, the Smith County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Smith County Bar Association, and the Women’s Section of the Smith County Bar Association. Read less...
